Our forum has been upgraded to a new format. Guests are now able to register by entering their own particular sign up information. However, your account will not be approved for access until we receive an email from you with the following information requested below. Please email us at [e-mail] after you register. Please provide the username you chose when registering as well.

HOW TO REGISTER

NOTE: Our forum is currently restricting new registrations to residents and citizens of Canada only within the limits outlined below.

Please email the following sign-up information to Mastocytosis Society Canada Support at [e-mail]

* Your name (first and last)
* Your preferred nickname (if not your own first name) OR username you've already entered/chosen
* password you would like to use (can be changed after activation by you and kept privately by you)
* Your form of mastocytosis OR the reason you wish to join our board (mastocytosis patient friends, caregivers, family members, medical professionals)
* Birthdate (we need the year for Proboards terms of use)
* Gender (optional)
* Email address
* Where you live (city/town and province/territory)
* How you heard about us

Upon receipt of your email, we will register you on the board and send your sign-in details. All registration activations should take place within 24 hours excepting rare or unforseen circumstances.

This registration method was suggested by our service providers to deter spam and help us build our membership.
